YOUR FIRST ORDER
Start with one good bowl.
Open Stock, choose Suggested restock, and begin your first shift. Select a customer, read the ticket, take a bowl, and follow the kitchen prompts. Your first order has extra time so you can learn.

The bowl must match the whole order: broth, toppings, and spice. Adding beef when Mai asked only for egg makes it wrong.
From stove to table
- Read, then take a bowl. Choose kimchi broth and have an empty bowl ready before lifting the noodles.
- Watch the pot. Tap to start cooking, then tap again when the noodles are ready. Well-timed noodles can earn a better review and a tip.
- Finish the requested order. Add egg, choose spice level 2, and serve. If you add the wrong ingredient, discard the bowl and try again before serving.
After the lesson, a normal shift lasts three minutes. Tea can give the selected customer 15 extra seconds of patience.
AFTER THE FIRST BOWL
A busy shop still needs to turn a profit.
Before opening, decide how much to buy. At closing, the ledger separates sales, tips, stock purchases, wages, rent, utilities, and actual profit.
Buy enough, without filling every shelf.
You need bowls, noodles, at least one broth, and one topping to open. Suggested restock helps you start quickly, but you can buy each item in packs of five. Kimchi and tom yum broth expire after one day, while noodles keep for five days. Check what remains before buying more.
Look beyond the selling price.
In the game, a kimchi beef bowl sells for 32,000 ₫ and uses 10,100 ₫ of ingredients. The 21,900 ₫ difference is not final profit: your shop still pays staff, rent, and utilities. Use the end-of-day ledger before raising prices or hiring.
Upgrade when the shop can afford it.
A kitchen assistant can lift noodles on time; a server helps customers wait longer. Both are paid at closing, even when you stop early. Start with accurate orders and keep cash for the next day, then unlock more dishes and decorations as the shop grows.
A 90-second street challenge.
The daily challenge has its own kitchen and unlimited ingredients, so it does not use your shop’s cash or stock. All shops get the same order sequence on Vietnam time. You have up to three ranked attempts per day; practice runs are unlimited and stay off the leaderboard. Ranked runs cannot pause.
