Your shop and your data
You can play without providing an email address, phone number, or real name. Give your shop a nickname.
What we store
The server stores a random shop ID, shop name, progress, settings, challenge results, and interactions between shops. An HttpOnly session cookie helps identify your shop. No payment information is required.
What others can see
Your shop name, bowls served, level, profit, and challenge score may appear on leaderboards. Gift recipients see the sending shop’s name. You can turn off gifts in Settings.
Transfer codes and backups
A transfer code lasts 24 hours and works once. Anyone with that code or your backup file may be able to take over your progress, so keep them private. Backups work only on the service that created them.
Customer replies
By default, replies are processed by server-side rules. If an AI service is configured, the reply dialog tells you before a message and customer review are sent to that service. Do not include personal information in game messages.
Analytics
Google Analytics and Pageview measure visits, pages viewed, and game milestones such as entering the kitchen, serving, closing, sharing, and active play time. Their scripts come from third parties, which may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, and visited page under their own policies. Game events do not include shop names, session tokens, transfer codes, backups, or messages.
Deletion and connection logs
Settings includes a confirmed action to delete your shop and start over. Data already received by analytics providers is handled under their policies. The hosting provider may also keep connection logs.
